PADI Search & Recovery

The PADI Search & Recovery specialty teaches systematic techniques for locating and recovering submerged objects. This course develops valuable practical skills that can be applied in both rescue situations and recovery operations for lost objects in aquatic environments.

During two days of intensive training, you will learn different search patterns (circular, square, zigzag), use of specialized equipment such as lift bags, and safe techniques for recovering objects of different sizes and weights. The course includes search operation planning, teamwork, and specific safety procedures.

As a certified Search & Recovery Diver, you will be qualified to participate in search and recovery operations, whether in a recreational or volunteer context. These skills are highly valued in marine conservation activities and can be applied in a variety of practical situations.
